Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made no more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date
Reservations must be made not less then 7 days prior to arrival date.
Cascade Peninsula and Bear Creek have dedicated RESERVED sites and dedicated FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED sites.
A Reservation Fee is required for each site reserved on top of regular camping fees. The reservation fees are as follows: $18.00 per single site, $28.00 per double site, $36.00 for the Group Site.
Each site reserved must fill out the required information during the booking process. This includes the named occupant and a valid license plate number for the vehicle(s) that will occupy the site. If you reserve multiple sites under one name you risk cancellation of ALL your sites. RSTBC requires that each campsite or booking has a valid permit holder (named occupant) and it cannot be the same occupant for more than one site. Your vehicle can be turned away onsite if named occupant and license plate number does not match the reservation information, or if you failed to fill in all the information.
Reservations are payable via credit card and must be paid in full at time of booking. Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be resold or "given" to another camping party. Reservations found being offered for resale/resold or "transferring" will be rendered void and cancelled with no refund.
- The 'named occupant' on reservations must be present at time of check-in and throughout their stay starting on the arrival date. If no one is occupying your reserved site it will be forfeited at 10pm of your arrival date. You cannot just setup a tent or park a trailer and then come later.
When making a reservation the 30 days prior to arrival applies only to your check-in date, not your check out date. Campers can enjoy their stay for a maximum of 14 days. For example: a camper could make a reservation on June 1 with an arrival date for June 25, and then camp for 14 days.
No changes can be made to a reservation once booked, please review your dates. If you wish to change your reservation you must cancel and re-book.
If you make a reservation to try to get ahead of the 30 days and then cancel a few days that you are not going to use later, your whole reservation will be cancelled and the site will go to first come first served.
REFUNDS-Camping fees are refundable when the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior to your arrival date using the cancellation link provided below. Reservation fees are non-refundable. Cancellation, refunds or change requests submitted via email are not permitted. Once a camping permit is issued, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
No exceptions will be made to our refund policy. Refunds will not be given inside the 15 days prior to your arrival date. This includes, but not limited to, evictions, bad weather, smoke, medical reasons, car trouble, changing plans, personal reasons or vacating your campsite early.

Harrison Lake water levels rise and fall each season during the freshet (snowmelt). Some of our campsites get flooded out during this part of the season. We have blocked out particular sites at Bear Creek and Cascade during this time to avoid conflicts with high water. Adjustments will be made depending on freshet.
You will not be able to reserve these sites during the blocked out period.
We cannot predict the lake levels as they change from year to year so if you reserve one of these sites outside of the blocked out period and a conflict with high water still exists we will work to move you to a different site or provide a refund.
