Making a Reservation
• Reservations can be made no more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date. This applies to your arrival date, not your check out date. Reservations can be made no less then 7 days prior to your arrival date.
• When making a reservation provide the name of the reservation holder and the license plate number of the vehicle that will be occupying the site. Names cannot be added or changed later. ID will be checked upon check-in at the site.
• The reservation holder must be present at time of check-in and throughout their stay. Failure to be present before 10pm of your arrival date and during your stay will result in your reservation being forfeited. No refund will be given to you and the site will become available to first come, first served campers. You cannot just set up a tent or park a trailer and come back later.
• Reserving multiple sites under one name with overlapping dates is not permitted. All your sites will be cancelled.
• Reservations can’t be transferred. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or give away a reservation invalidates it and no refund will be given.
• If you make a reservation ahead of the 30 days in order to secure the site, and then cancel a few days that you are not going to use, your whole reservation will be cancelled and the site will go to first come first served.
Reservation Policy
• Reservation fees are $20 per single site, $40 per double site, $50 for group sites. Reservation fees are non refundable.
• All reservations are held until 10pm on your arrival date. If you have not checked in by that time, the site will be released as a first-come, first-served (FCFS) site, your entire reservation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
• Online reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking via credit card.
• You must be 19 years of age or older to make a reservation. Persons under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian camping with them at all times.
• No discounts are available for reservations. Seniors and PWD discounts apply only to FCFS guests on-site.
• Changes & Modifications: Once payment is made, changes or modifications cannot be accepted. To modify a reservation, you must cancel and re-book.
• Minimum Stay: All reservations require a minimum of 2 nights. Single-night bookings are not available through the online reservation system but may be possible for FCFS guests on-site. Long weekends require a minimum of 3 nights.
• Single sites include one vehicle. Double sites include two vehicles. The Group Site includes four vehicles. Every additional vehicle requires a $25 camping permit, issued upon arrival by the Site Operator.
• Maximum site occupancy is 6 people for a single site, 12 people for a double site inclusive of children. Maximum site occupancy includes all people at the site at the same time, including both overnight campers and day visitors. If the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, additional guests will not be permitted to stay on-site and must rent another campsite if available.
• Competitive, commercial, and organized events require authorization from Recreations Sites and Trails BC.
Cancellation Policy
• Reservation Fees are non refundable and non transferable.
• Group site camping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure your dates when booking.
• Camping fees are refundable if a reservation is cancelled 15 days or more before the arrival date. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for factors beyond our control, including severe weather, smoke, medical reasons, car troubles, errors you made in making a reservation, changes in plans, forgetting or abandoning your reservation, leaving early, or campsite evictions. In keeping with fairness and consistency, please understand that no exceptions will be made.
