  • Reservation Policy

A non-refundable Reservation Fee is required for each site reserved on top of regular 'Camping Fees'.

The reservation fees are as follows:

    • $20.00 per single site
    • $40.00 per double site
    • $50 per group site

Full pre-payment of camping fees and reservation charges is required for all reservations.

You must be 19 years of age or older to make a reservation. Persons under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian camping with them at all times.

During booking, provide both the name of the reservation holder and the vehicle license plate number that will be occupying the site. Names cannot be added or changed later. Identification will be checked on site for verification. Once paid, reservations cannot be changed—if you need to make changes, you must cancel and rebook.

The reservation holder must be present at time of check-in and throughout their stay starting on the arrival date.  Failure to be present before 10pm of your arrival date and during your stay will result in your reservation being forfeited. No refund will be given to you and the site will become available to first come, first served campers. You cannot just set up a tent, park a trailer and come back later.

Recreation Sites and Trails BC requires each reservation to have a valid permit holder for each site reserved. Reserving multiple sites under one name with overlapping dates is not permitted, you risk cancellation of all your sites.

Reservations can’t be transferred. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or give away a reservation invalidates it and no refund will be given.

If you make a reservation ahead of the 30 days and then cancel a few days that you are not going to use, your whole reservation will be cancelled and the site will go to first come first served.

    • There are no discounts on reservations for seniors or people with disabilities

Harrison Lake water levels rise and fall each season during the freshet (snowmelt).  Some of our campsites get flooded out during this part of the season.  We have blocked out particular sites at Bear Creek and Cascade during this time to avoid conflicts with high water. Adjustments will be made depending on freshet.

You will not be able to reserve these sites during the blocked out period.

We cannot predict the lake levels as they change from year to year so if you reserve one of these sites outside of the blocked out period and a conflict with high water still exists we will work to move you to a different site or provide a refund.
